Management of generator and turbine, as well as other equipment that is deployed in electro mechanical building , mean voltage facility and water intake of small hydropower plant is possible if in these places we have installed metering or some other equipment that will collect necessary information and forwarded to the management supervisory position.
All equipment necessary for management of electric power production in a small hydropower plant we built in control cabinet which is shiped as ready-made sollution, ready for connection with other equipment and commissioning. Equipment built in control cabinet is consist of switchgear, relays, protective devices and “heart” of the system is PLC with signal modules.
Our sollutions are based on Siemens S7 PLC and the latest generation of Siemens HMI software and devices. For more modest management requirements we can offer sollutions based on S7 1200 Siemens PLC. With our software code and use of S7 1200 PLC we can achive compromise between price and quality.
For more complex management requirements, we have solutions based on Siemens S7 300 controllers. In our experience CPU 315 2PN-DP have showed great solution for many applications, and using this PLC we can carried out software redudancy and those rise overall system security and availability.
For local control and process visualisation we use Siemens HMI devices. HMI device is built in doors of control cabinet. For remote control we are using Siemens SCADA which is set up for user specific requirements.

This is certainly a solution that consists of two cabinets containing equipment and automation equipment for the connection of a generator to the grid.
The system is controlled by a controller 300 Siemens S7 series. Power plant can be operated in three ways: through the panel, push button and via SCADA control room.
All measurements (power, current, voltage) can be permanently archived on a computer that is running the SCADA.

This is the solution for more modest applications in the sense that we do not have the option of archiving data, but whatever it contains all the elements necessary for the management of the power plant.
The system manages the S7 controller 1200, which all measured data transferred to the panel.
Management is possible through the panel or using the key. The system can be upgraded to meet the requirements of the client.
